This ensures that for each subsequent visit, our team uses only the materials assigned exclusively to your home, thereby eliminating the risk of transferring bacteria, germs, and cross-contamination between households. We also clean our vacuum in between houses. Sanitation is a high priority for us. Just consider a common scenario where cleaners may arrive at your residence and bring a bucket containing materials previously utilized in other households—such as toilet brushes, cleaning towels, mop pads, and sponges. This raises serious safety and hygiene concerns. To address this, we have done extensive research on cleaning supplies and developed the exclusive Rubber Ducky Maids Cleaning Kit. All our clients love this concept. In addition to maintaining safety and cleanliness, our service enables you to choose cleaning products based on your individual preferences. Cleaning may begin once all work has been finished, the area is safe to access, and contractors have left the site.
If our team arrives on your scheduled cleaning day and cannot access your home, we will attempt to contact you to see if the issue can be resolved on the spot (within 30 minutes). Also, circumstances that may prevent our team from performing their duties such as power outages, water shut offs, or dismissal of the team at the door. In these cases, a lock-out fee of $100 will be applied.
Communication is key in any situation, for whatever reason you need to reschedule or cancel please just call us at least 48 business hours in advance of any change, without prior notice, it is not possible to allocate that time slot to another client.
Reschedule: If you reschedule at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled cleaning day, there will be no fee, and we will promptly arrange your appointment for the next available date. If you reschedule less than 48 business hours a $70 fee will be assessed.
Cancelation: If you cancel at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled cleaning day, there will be $70 fee. If you cancel within 24 business hours before your appointment you will be charged for the full amount booked.

To maintain consistent service for all customers on each visit, there are certain areas and items in your home that Rubber Ducky Maids does not clean. We do not perform the following: *Clean around other workers or contractors.
*Clean while someone moves clutter around.
*Clean drapes or steam furniture and upholstery.
*Clean delicate light fixtures or chandeliers.
*Clean insect or rodent infestation.
*Clean or remove pet excrement.
*Clean drugs, vomit, blood, fecal matter or any biological hazard.
*Carpet cleaning.
*Move appliances or stationary furniture.
*Power washing.
