Hi, I’m Leiliane de Melo—most people call me Lily—and I’m the proud founder of Lily’s Sparkle Cleaning LLC. I’m a wife, a mom of two, and someone who truly believes that a clean, organized home can bring peace, comfort, and joy to everyday life.

Over 14 years ago, I started this journey simply looking for flexible work that would allow me to care for my unborn daughter. I turned to the skills my mother taught me—cleaning, organizing, and caring for a home—and quickly realized this was more than just a job. It was a calling.

What began as a one-woman effort became a trusted cleaning service supported by amazing clients—many of whom have been with me since the beginning. During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, their support helped me provide not only for my family but also for my growing team. That’s when I knew: this business is about people, not just cleaning.
